Home seekers in Tacoma/Pierce County may earn their rent by doing yard work, housework, providing transportation or running errands.

All applicants are screened for criminal history and interviewed for compatibility. SHS case managers provide referrals to all approved applicants.

However, each home provider and home seeker create their own arrangement, based on their unique situation.
